This review analyzes the problem of using a multiparametric approach to studies of the process of globular protein folding. The principles of the most widespread contemporary physicochemical methods for studying the structural properties of globular protein molecules are considered. The specific information that can be obtained by using these structural methods is discussed.
KEY WORDS: multiparametric approach, protein self-organization, structural changes, conformational stability, partially folded states
